  • Eat Big. Lift Bigger. Go for the 4-6 rep range when lifting and eat everything you can get your hands on.

  • hey guys i love ur vids im trying to gain alot of mass for next football season im only in 8th grade and am growing taller than my body can catch up with im 5'11" 140 i lift about every day and protein shakes and eat complex carb loaded food but cant gain mass fast at all any help??? thanks
