Please note that this is just a preliminary or test recording. After it is all solidified and written out exactly as I want it, I plan to delete these three videos and upload one complete performance of my Fantasy on one video so that the entire work may be experienced from beginning to end. It was composed with large-scale unity and a complete performance in mind.

This movement is in traditional classical sonata-allegro form, which all the great composers used for first movements of sonatas and fantasies. For example, Schumann uses sonata-allegro form in his Fantasy in C Major (which this work resembles in some ways). For those who do not know what sonata-allegro form is, basically it consists of three sections:

1. Exposition (where the main themes are introduced). After a brief introduction, the exposition in this movement begins at 0:26 and ends at 3:27.
2. Development (where various changes of key and interesting devices occur). The development section in this movement lasts from 3:28 to 5:02.
3. Recapitulation (where the exposition is repeated usually in a slightly modified form). The recapitulation in this movement lasts from 5:03 to the end.
