Hakumen is real good if you know his good links and pokes. He's a little bit weak when it comes to long-range pressure though so you'll have trouble with Nu and Arakune definitely.

hakumen's pokes and links have pretty good priority mainly his forward middle, also if you can manage to stay in the air a lot you'll definately win. as far as having trouble with nu and arakune if you can properly put pressure on nu you'll always win. with arakune you can cut his little poison things up with your sword so thats not much of a threat, it all comes down to proper use of your mids to link to strongs also abuse the counter, you're the only character in game with a counter like that

I really never cared about tiers I like to play with Jin and Bang and can beat Nu and Arakune fairly easy depending of the other player's style.

There's no weak or strong in a fighting game (at least I believe no), there are cheap and broken characters with abusive moves.

Man, the first 2 guys who fought you either were total losers or they just had problems. Hardly what I call a fight. =/

Basically any character that specializes in ranged attacks and is good at zoning. All 4 of the top tier characters (Rachel, Nu, and Arakune in that order) are extremely good at doing that. Hakumen, Bang, and Tager are all the lowest tier characters but that doesn't necessarily mean they're the worst or the weakest.
