The KAV Anti-Hacker module protects endpoints against network attacks by incorporating a powerful host-based IDS/IPS and firewall. To allow or deny specific network activity, exclusion rules can be set by application, protocol, port number and direction of flow. In addition, network zones can be set to govern activity for specific subnets and IP address ranges. This video walks through creating an Anti-Hacker exclusion rule by editing a Protection Policy from the Admin Kit.
