Pressing white wine grapes is a relatively simple process. They come into the winery, you can foot stomp them, or add them to the press whole. This would be called whole bunch pressing. In the video they have been crushed a little to extract more phenolics and flavours from the skins. After the juice is pressed out of the grapes, it is pumped to a tank, cholled down and them either left to ferment in tank ( unwooded) or put into barrels ( barrel fermented).
