You should also remember that without the constitution, the government has no legitimacy. That is what the constitution does. Grants legitimacy. Without it, it is just a criminal enterprise which attacks and threatens others.

I would argue that Austrian Economics is a human science like psychology or sociology. But despite neoclassical/keynsian claims, keynsian economics is not a precise science. It is actually even less scientific than Austrian economics. Keynsian economics is really like astrology by comparison.
