Michael Jackson alive in Lucerne Switzerland, picture took after his dead (August 2009) - edited

Picture info:
this photo has been taken in lucerne switzerland in august 2009. there were a little group of "tourists" of 5 or 6 people probably from the USA because of their accent. there were 2 people of ebony ethnicity the rest was caucasian (?). one of them sat by a fontain wearing sunglasses. strangely after taking the photo this man jumped up, wore a bandana and baseball cap given by one of the "tourists" and then the whole group vanished quickly...
the one who took this picture said he didn't care or realize that, till he saw close to this picture...

could it be...???
