I have been visiting Kenya for the past 20 years. Wonderful country, great people, a paradigm for Africa. This is a sad situation indeed. Kenya is now ready for a step forward. You need new leaders, new vision for the people and more democracy. The old guard have to give way to people willing and able to lead the country in the 21st century. Mzee Kibaki should now retire. His past no more guarantees the future of the country. It's time for young people like Mongare and Kiarie to run the show

ODM politicians who do what they do best, propaganda. Such comments such as Kenya as a whole voted for change shows the magnitude of bias. The polls before election said that it was too close to call. Raila himself has admitted to rigging on his side. The argument now is no longer about who stole, it is about who stole more votes. Spontaneous ethnic violence, bare faced lie. 500 peolple do not arm, jump on the nearest lorry and go hack their neighbours spontaneously. Give peace a chance

so how are we bringing change by voting the rich
out and the person coming into power is among the rich ones-same individual who has been in the clique since the country got independence.
from my point of view the only way to eradicate this is by kenyans being smart and if possible the next election havin a totally young, different country who has not been gliding in the previous regimes.

wow, it seems like Aljazeera is opening up the world for all to see what is factual and hidden. The story of updates kenya is a true reflection and i want to say...bravo Kiarie, Walter nd their third partner that Aljazeera didn't give details about Tony.

The struggle for freedom in Kenya is far from over and Kenyan's should work hard for that seemingly ellusive democracy.Kibaki leave office and don't be a die-hard.

Thanks Aljazeera. I was very disappointed to see young and old kenyans votes been rigged by Mr Kibaki & his cronies. The questions is, if Kibaki is allowed in running and illegitimate government, it will be precedent for other future leaders to do the same. This should not be allowed under any cost.
