@MPOEO What he means is, at the end of the day the Pale Man eating the fairies can't actually happpen. It's make believe. While the atrocities that the Captain committed can, have and will happen.

The best thing i like about this movie is how the fantasy part isn't really the horror part. Horror part of the movie can only be found in the 'real world' parts of it.
