People have been left baffled by a circular light, seen hovering high over Moscow on Wednesday evening.
Scientists have rejected claims of UFO activity, saying the white cloud was no more than an optical illusion.

Leave it to Russians to not figure out how science works. Its not special, thats how clouds work especially when wind forms circular wise like a Tornado.
