  • too complicated - no need to go to the ground after a lapel grab... just hit the f**ker

  • Rex kwon do. Grab my arm. The other arm. MY other arm.

  • HEY BUDDY! WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM????!!!!

  • Dear god, did Bussey's student getting battered senseless in UFC lead to this? Truley dreadful basic cage fighting technique. Still growling though. Lol

  • I liked the technique but my criticism is with the commentary. It's extremely easy to get inside someone's personal space and you can't walk around in your life paranoid of allowing someone to get to close to you. The best that you can do is be aware of your surroundings

  • strike strike strike, hit the groin, strike strike

  • An easier escape would be to step in jamming the arm and going straight for the eyes and/or throat. This might be better suited for law enforcment who cannot attack the eyes and throat, but for the average person, this is not as practical.

  • This is not something that I would encourage you to "make instinct" Even performed in a vacuum of compliance it still takes much to long, has way too many mechanics, and is not movement economical. Not to mention that this scenario could take place in a crowd, where going to the ground can be fatal.

  • After a lot of practice, it becomes instinct.

  • That is way too much information for someone to process while being attacked. It also heavily relies on compliance to be effective. Bottom line? This technique is wrought with danger, and should not be used against a real violent attacker that wants to hurt you. It really just won't work.
