On June 22 1975 Riverside County sent the top delegates of riders to the High School Motocross Championship at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The top 125 riders were selected to ride in a special event
California public high schools had actual motocross teams, and they actually held a championship race at the L.A. Coliseum!
riverside county riders who qualified for the high school championships in qualifying races at corona raceway were:
100 Junior Rod Anderson, Todd Miller, Paul Ballow,
100 Expert Bobby Hart
125 junior Marty Wolford, Mark Lester, Jim Lawson,
Danny Dial, Ron Martyn, Danny Demuth, and Larry Brown. 125 expert: David WIlliams, Steve Bauer, JIm Lowe, Jim Cupp.
250 Junior: Lee Rosenberry, Bill Schneider, Jerry Scott. 250 expert: Kelly Callaway, Mike slater
