Sweep Picking lesson tips

Hi!
This video was not recorded to showoff my skills, but to help beginners who may have trouble with learning sweep picking.
I'm not musically educated in sweeping, and my knowledge is based on watching other guitarists and my self experiments.
In this video I show you few right hand techniques, wrist, wrist and elbow, wrist elbow and shoulder. I think the wrist only is the best way to sweep.

Using Ibanez RG2570 and Line6 PODxt recorded directly.

Lol, yeah. I know. Doesn't that piss you off?! Truth is, when it comes to playing guitar at this level, no one can tell you how to do it. They can "tell" you how to do it, but it's something that you have to dick with for a painful amount of time (unless you're lucky) until it finally just "clicks". Like, "Oh! I see what they meant!" kinda thing. Your brain knows what do do, but your fingers just have to get a feeling for it. Repitition is the key.

The minor example sounds like the sweep picking from "anthem we are the fire - Trivium". I tried to play it its fucking hard to play... really good vid and best lesson i´ve seen ´til now! thx
