That's when the part that can recognize consequences is fully formed. I never said that teens can't make big decisions, just that though the body is ready for sex, it doesn't mean a kid is mentally ready. Basic psychology is not something you can just learn by talking with people, and neuroscience can not just be learned. Shows what you know. 12 year olds get to choose what to wear to school, that's a big decision...You obviously just picked a comment randomly and nitpicked what you didn't like about it. Basic psychology is something you can learn through interactions with others. As for the neuroscience, it's something you can learn too. Just look it up, then you'll know. It's not very mature of you to wish those sorts of things on others.
