Four Great Ages

To better understand the work-life balance challenges we face in our current "Age of Information," we need to have a sense of what occurred in each of the past three ages. Today, list-serves and social networks can often represent unnecessary information that clutters our personal kingdoms. If we can establish the proper habits and disciplines now, we have a fighting chance of being more productive, more of the time.
