I am assuming you did not watch all of the videos in the series. If you did you would have the history of why this is necessary to stop our country from becoming a China or Russia that can detain and torture innocent people. Lets say they redefine what a "terrorist" is for example you politically disagree with the current administation. You are now a terrorist and can be tortured under the phony law. Think long and hard what you wish for.

So if you're a Repbulican you can torture, murder, detain for ever you should be forgiven. We are a country of laws and these actions are against the law signed no less by Ronald Reagan. I don't give a damn what political party you're this is outrageous. You must not be an attorney or understand the law in anyway. If Frank broke the law prosecute him for it.

For most of us, it's really not that complicated. If there's any hesitation or reluctance, it might be due to figuring out how to do this without having Bush/Cheney & Co. from legal prosecution. I wish them luck with that!
