It's cold and a bit breezy, but a sunny day good for flying. Can't help but go take my bird to stretch out a bit at my favorite park. Came across the same kite-flyling guy from last time when I failed to rig up a quick onboard-cam setup to tape his kite-flying. This time I didn't bother getting a sturdy setup but just sticky-taped my 808 #11 HD keychain cam to the bottom of my canopy. As you can imagine image is not stabilitzed. Adding the dreaded wobble that has developed earlier today, I have to apologize for the wobbly footage (hint: don't go full-screen if you get dizzy easily). Flew a few batts but the camera battery ran out so was the sun so I called it a day. I'm surprised the bird could flip (back-flip 3:24, side-flip 3:34) with the 808 cam onboard though! :D This is 2nd of 3 flights with onboard cam.

  • That lil wobble is the servos just needing a lil cleaning that's all.

    Be blessed

  • @tntneon I've since reduced some slops in the servo links. The feathering shaft checks out fine, no bend actually. Time to clean the servos. :)
