yeah looks like the person doesnt have it on the correct setting because there is no frosting of the skin

damn fourth time on this? i'd be pissed lol. its doesnt look like it had faded at all. and i notice you cant hurt the laser 'zapping' your skin. which when it does do that, that is when the ink has been unbonded or debonded from your skin and it can be eliminated by your body
