I think this song was about when she first came to America as a child. In this song she was in an airplane to Rockland County, which is in New York. She was watching "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" in English and she didn't understand it because she only understood Russian at that age, but she liked it anyways. It's a song about her childhood. :)
