You could say that about any solo really since they're all composed of everything that makes up exercises, excluding the weird ones.

@MetaIIica93 And I would bet a substancial amount of money you did not bother to listen to the solo in the context of the song and simply judged it based on this video? Listen to the song 'scarlet letter' by jag panzer then try and tell me this solo sucks...on its own like this sure it sounds flat, as do most solos but the way its arranged outlines the chord progression beautifully and sounds really epic with the backing, listen to the actual song first rather than being a dumbass...
