Basic Method: 1. open image in Photo shop 2. duplicate image. 3. use spot healing tool to remove all dark spots. 4. now duplicate this edited image & then go to filters menu apply small amount of Gaussian or smart blur to fade all spot marks. 5. select erase tool, set opacity 30-40% and erase eyebrows, eyes & lips areas to reveal the sharpness from the layer beneath it. 6. merge all the edited layers & duplicate merged layer. 7. apply auto color & contrast for final output. or do it manually.
