@88GTi well 30+ years ago when that truck was designed there wasnt much rust prevention but many American cars hold up to 10-15 years w/ minimal rust these days... Im in new york state in the north easter US and we get over 10 feet of snow per year and the dpw crews use salt on city streets and Interstate highways... all rural roads get sand or sand mixed w/ salt which isnt as bad. but that said - this conversation is silly - you will never drive our cars nor will i drive yours
