Yes I remembered this film!

i should imagine this film might be interpreted to justify 'any' faith. For this is it's beauty.

Please, folks. Tell me most of you understand this great film for what it is: A beautiful allegory of the Christian faith. Not enough space to fully expound on it, but for starters, does "Pascal's Wager" ring a bell? If not, please get to Googling! (I hope no simple-minded, anti-Christian bigotted trolls take this as an invitation to hate on me, but I won't be surprised. This, after all, is the anonymous, often abused YouTube. . .)

I wonder how and what the red balloon was doing tied up on that lamp post where either someone didn't want it anymore or it was flying around on it's own and it got tied and stuck on the lamp post until Pascal got it untied. (Of course, couldn't Pascal maybe have thought that the red balloon could have been tied on there for a reason if some construction workers or someone else tied it on the lamp post for decoration where it belongs to someone else where they could think Pascal stole it).

One my fav..very deep.it explains life.
My first memoy of being able to actually sit in the dark and watch a film. My brother (ten years older), sat in front. The Keith Playhouse, Keith, Banffshire, Scotland. My Red Balloon, first. How magical ws that to remain n my thoughts til this day, nearly aged 53. I was about four when i watched this film.

When I was in elementary school, we kids would see this film in the auditorium all the time and I never forgot it.
