MAGIC 2010 - Military Robot Competition in Australia

The Multi Autonomous Ground-robotic International Challenge (MAGIC 2010) will take place in Australia in November 2010. It is sponsored by the US Army and the Australian Department of Defense's Defense Science and Technology Organization. Teams from all over the world will try to develop groups of robots that can detect and neutralize simulated targets in a test area by working together. This simulation gives a brief look at a standard task that MAGIC robots will have to complete: the locating and laser tagging of static threats.
