Sometimes the size of a video can get to 1G from 1 minute of recording. That is the reason that I made this video. In this video I will show you how to shrink and convert vide sizes but still having them HD with a really good quility. I saw many videos of shrinking and coverting vide size but all of them made my videos really bad Quility and made the video loook really bad, but now when I found a way to shrink a video from 1g to 20mb or less without changing the quility almost at all and still having them HD I desided to show you how!

First you need Sony Vegas Pro, Here is a link for the trial download (Sony Vegas Pro 9.0):

Here is one of my videos that shows how to get the full version of it (not trial) for those who want:

  • my sony vegas doesnt render my xfire videos, its always dark -.-

  • @Suechan19 I think that in some computers with windows 7 the sny vegas doesn't read AVI or something...

Try recording your videos with fraps, better quility and it will work in sony vegas 100%.

  • 12 minutes worth of video takes 2 hours on that setting.

  • im having problems..please respond when i try to render the estimated time to be finished keeps increasing.

  • @pokemon555yay i got the same problems

  • i have recorded a 5 min. video with fraps and it is takin 2 hours to upload.

  • YOU LIAR lol. that is not the link to a video explain how to get full version -.-

  • The first time I followed this video, I ended up rendering only about 10 frames of a video. Turns out that there is a loop region that you can stretch around on top of the video/sound track, and one of the render options "Render loop regions only" is checked by default. So it ended up rendering the video from 00:00:00 to 00:00:00 where the start and end of the loop region was.

  • SONG?

  • I used to end up with about 21 gbs Now it like 92 mb,s Thank You So much :)
