  • as a 911 conspiracy nut i have to tell you i'm deeply offended.

actually, i'm 911 conspiracy agnostic -- maybe the bushies knew, maybe they did it, maybe they're really as stupid as they say and just didn't see it coming even though apparently every other intelligence service in the world did -- but there's a rather powerful argument that they know peak oil is here and orchestrating the 911 attacks was part of a broader plan to start phony wars to get what's left. it's not a bad argument, alas.

  • 911?! they could NOT pull it off!!! They tried to take out the number 49 contender in world military rankings and failed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Iraq is winning the guerilla war against the best military IN HISTORY

  • Peak Oil is in part fabricated by Big Oil.

They have sought for ages to limit production going as far back as the Red Line Agreement, to the defacto limiting effect of Iraq War. Would a war on Iran be a natural limitation of Oil? Why does Opec exist if they cant increase the output beyond their quota?

And on the other hand they have sabotaged alternatives for decases, buying patents they never intented to use except as litigation tools to prevent the tech from seeing the light of day.

  • wrong big oil is profiting biiiiiiiiiiigtime from the NATURAL runout......oil IS diamonds...nobody knows it yet

    They will run to Dubai.

  • The big U.S. oil companies sit on 2% of the world's oil reserves. The world uses 6 barrels for every 1 barrel we find...... We get excited when we have a year where the world discovers 10 billion barrels even though we use 30 billion a year....

  • @highway234\anyone prior to the 911 attack i filed a police report.the police in canada are not responsible people.i put pictures on facebook showing what bruises, collapsed lung, broken ribs,no staples for my shifting ribs......is how the police respond.i went to col colin powell's facebook page and offered him a capital punishment charge for a investigation.i told him about the machetes in the cockpit of a aircanada plane meant to kill him.shouldn't that be good enough?i want my freedom.

  • DUDE EXXON makes more than 4o Billion dollars a year!!!!!!! This is so fucken bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!! .01% of the money goes into finding solutions for a greener plant. Exxon is shit. they don't do fucking anything! Exxo cares about is there fucking money.

  • While I agree with your points about the oil problem and all, you might want to consider adjusting your Thorazine drip, k? Just trying to help you out bud...

  • The Exxon Mobil Story in a nutshell: rip off the common people, post the biggest profit in history, and then use those profits to win back the very people they ripped off by making fancy commercials with cool music. WTF?!

  • ExxonMobil has huge proven reserves on the ranch where we live in Texas. Some Large major oil companies keep their oil and gas in the ground domestically because they have them booked as assets to offset debt. Looks better for stock holders. See what a huge Exxon lease looks like in Texas.

  • thats the plan they have and then when you are hungry and thirsty and broke you will do what ever they tell you to do ....such as to be taken to the concentration camps they are building for us.....

  • i'm sympathetic to that but those are totally different types of operations. 911 was a one-off event, the occupation of iraq is a protracted asymmetrical conflict. besides, i'm not so sure "they" are losing. yes a lot of soldiers are dying over there but the big corporations are there, ready to get the oil when it comes on line and a lot of people are making money off this thing. sad but true, i dont think the bush administration is playing iraq to win, they're playing it for the odds.
