People talk so much trash about sifu cheung and sifu ting, but put importance in lineage.

@aminul1984 Im a really small guy so sadly that doesn't work for me. What i do is never let them on me. I'm small so naturally im faster than the really big guy. If they do get there hands on me though i do lower my center of gravity. Then it deppends iff its a sport fight then i'll punch or try to throw them off. if its a streed fight i'll bite poke out eyes spit(yes that works) Hit their ears knee them in the groin. A bil gi strait into the eyes socked will totally destroy the eye.

@LeungTingWT I agree with u but it is not worth to argue for that,People hide themselfes behind their ego and dont want to see further.That is my conclusion after talking with people.People want to live in a glass world secured.Not bad for me.

@LeungTingWT Nice example, to attack GM on seminar. It is shame for hima and wing chun. Where is now Emin, nothing that he starts never works. Film, usa, Germany, serbia , Hungary. Bad luck is with him. He returned in Turkey.

Seriously though, if a guy bear hugs you his next move will be to pick you up & slam you. A groin strike, head butt, foot stomp, etc. would only be a distraction. Your real defense is to lower your center of gravity & attack his balance, then you can get your hands free.
