hehe.. cant rmb any patched that took that long.. the speed depends on ur comp and the quality of ur net connection... all patches took me around an hour to download..

not exactly what i was hoping for when i read about it in the patchnotes.. i was thinking more like u could fight as normal on any mount anywhere... like mages running around on mounts spamming pyros, or the hunter running after a guy firing at him with a bow, or even a warrior slicing his way trough their enemies... still.. its a beginning.. let's hope blizzard will pull it one step further to 3.1.1...

Everyone uses the lance. There were further changes made between this video and how it ended up on live servers. The lance is given to you by the npc who gives the daily quest involving the mount.
