  • That's the first time I've heard of this 50/50 advice. I'm guessing 75/25 should be the general recommendation. My diet has been 85/15 but lately has been closer to 95/5 where the % animal foods is mostly fish.

  • Eat meat in a balanced diet, there is a cure for cancer nd it's called majestic earth look it up

  • Great info presented in a very clear and concise format.
