Gaddafi's Speech 21 August - English Voice Over - Slightly edited

From 1.40am this Morning - It seems sometimes he is addressing the rebels, and sometimes Loyalists. But it is a pretty emotive speech, and I recorded my voice over in a place with a little backround sound.
