@Qassimax If you do any research, you'll find that the CIA loved Massoud and was constantly pushing for closer relations with his Northern Alliance. He was the US's only true friend in Afghanistan. We had no reason to assassinate him.
Massoud's death was profitable to al-Qaeda and the Taliban. No one questions that they did it. Anyway, may he rest in peace. If he were still alive today Afghanistan would be much better for it.
