  • I dotn get it.. When I try to play this song in one pience, my left hand starts to hurt so i cant finish it!

  • @grisapa1 yes thats normal dont worry, its just takes practice, if you keep training/playing it everyday you will improve, patience is a must though, if you have no patience then you will keep becoming frustrated, you should see how difficult it is to play the first 2 Chopin etudes straight off, now thats endurance and a huge hand ache let me tell you, I cant quite do that, you cant quite manage this, so we are similiar and like I said just be patient, you WILL get there one day soon.

  • wich one you think is harder to play? valse d'amelie , or this one?

    you play good ^^

  • @HabboHabbi valse d.amelie in my opinion, its tricky to get the left hand spot on without mistakes. Also there is more room for expression/interpretation in the valse I would say, thanks.

  • did anybody else notice that this video is sped up and that he played this at a much slower speed?

  • @lenglain why would I need to play this piece slowly? Its an easy piece to play. But now that you mention it, it does kind of look sped up lol, but I can safely say I played it at that speed.

  • @lenglain You know, it might look that way when you look at his left hand because that part is so quick to play and it's hard to follow his fingers, but look at his right hand. The right hand part is a little less complicated and easier to watch where his fingers are going, and if you notice, the rhythm of his hand is spot on with the audio of the right hand part. So no, he's not cheating, he just practiced really hard and he's an awesome piano player :)

  • The hard thing is that you should have the endurance to play the movement in the left hand , and I know when I started to learn this, I sure didn't. and because it's so fast, it's very easy to muddle the notes a bit and then it feels rushed. It's one of the most difficult pieces I've ever learned. search youtube for Daveisthemusic if you want a version that will convince you that it's a robot playing.

  • everyone seems to think it's too fast, but the music is written for 1/4 notes at 116 bpm!! that's 1/8's at 232, and my metronome stops at 208 :P (and yes, the left is all sixteenths) - it's a fast, lively piece. and has the potential to make your left forearm burst into flame. but after you have learned it, it's not technically the most difficult I guess.. but man, I'm a long ways from uploading my own rendition, haha

  • very very well....maybe too fast

  • How many paino's do you have Mark. As iv seen about 2 or 3 now?

  • I love you.

  • @UKpiano Is the sustained pedal held down? :)

  • you have a tendency to tense your shoulders?

  • Love this instrumental :) I believe the problem with this song is just moving the thumb on the left hand as the right hand isn't exactly "technical". However you did a great job UKpiano. :)

  • Talent !
