Spookytown for Sale

Video of a complete Halloween village built around 70+ Lemax Spookytown houses and accessories. Integrated into the village are some select Department 56 Halloween accessories as well as some other cool houses and ghosts and amazing large figurines (trees) that make ghostly sounds and fit right in to this Halloween village. I would prefer to sell it to someone in the metropolitan Detroit area because of the number of boxes associated with the village. Asking price is $750. Estimated purchase price of all contents is $2500+. You got to love Halloween in order to appreciate this village.
