Shoreline Cleanup and Assessment Technique Team Surveys Beach

DAUPHIN ISLAND - Representatives of the Federal government, the state of Alabama, and British Petroleum survey the beaches of Dauphin Island to identify any tar balls that may have washed ashore. Tar balls have been sighted on Alabama's beeches and may be a result of the oil spill created when the Deepwater Horizon, and ultra-deepwater oil rig, sank April 22, causing a massive oil spill near the U.S. Gulf Coast. Please watch my video concerning the oil spill- it is the solution that not only can help the oil slow down and be burned, it also can suck up the oil, cleanse the waters from all the other dispersant chemicals, and it can work on the large scale in preparation to hit the buoys and stick to them.
