@kenmiester23 but is it 'efficient' to use fuels.?. Wind, solar and wave energy is much more 'efficient' as we won't run out of it. It would not be 'PROFITABLE' to do it, because people who would invest in them will not get their money back! so shut up.

Do you know people that a rail for this maglev so costly that many countries scraped the project. It is though might work in crowded places as europe and japan. But not in sparsely populated places.

It may be efficient and I'm all for it, but wouldn't it take huge amount of energy to build these tubes? My guess is that it would take dekades to build one tunell from america to europa or asia + the continental plates could possible destroy the tunell when they move.

@TUBEFCUKyou i dont think profit is a fare measuring device as it doesnt give a true value try efficiency there are lots of ways to produce energy but it doesnt make sence to (using a finacial value) to spend $100 to get $1 back so with out a clean FREE source of energy (COLD FUSION) its all pie in the sky STARTREK type wishful thinking
