He does'nt say much because the vid is a very tiny slice of a 60 minute demo. The vid is of the final assault stage in the attack, by which time the exercise planners wanted the audience to concentrate on the site and sound of the systems and their effects. Also, thw announcer was following a script that was synchronised with the events.
