Family friends and well-wishers held a procession to the spot where the attack occurred. And as Robert Nagila reports the event was marked by emotion, but the family has vowed to push for safer city.

  • It is not because Martin was famous,Did you know him? I didn't think so. If his family and friends have decided not to sit back and let things go on as they are...good for them. They have not looted or thrown stones, they have walked peacefully to raise awareness. What is your problem??

  • would you like us to be socialist or what is your point? Your point at the end regarding promotion and crooked system of government is alright..but what would you like in place of a capitalist state?

  • His death has saved many more lives...I hope the people bestowed responsibility wake up!! Police or anyone should stop concentrate on collecting bribes..u will just get poorer...focus on weeding out bad elements....And to all thugs...please dont kill...just take everything..Human life is precious and irreplacable....but I blame our leaders for the rot in Kenya...They are rotten themselves and this has poisoned our people.from A-Z..we need a "Do RIGHT " revolution!..

  • God give us strength to stand up and make a difference like the family and friends of Martin Njuma are doing. God bless you all immensely.
