I remember going to see Echobelly at the Astoria with my mate Glen. We saw Sonia outside, and I was so in awe all I could do was point at her with a rolled up copy of the Big Issue I had just bought. Since Glen was in an even worse state than I was, I plucked up the courage to speak to her, and all I could think of was to ask her what she was doing there! Fortunately, Sonia overlooked my being a twat and said she was waiting for the bass player, Debbie.
