  • im laughing at you bro...lol

first off you shouldnt start the cooking process with FROZEN FISH. second off,try using the proper pan. you could have cooked all 4 of those at the same time. your using a wok....haha

  • Hey Mikeadx, you are absolutely correct on both counts, I did use the wrong pan, and I did use frozen fish, but there is a reason for this, first of all, I was out of town working, and staying at a hotel with a kitchenette, so I only had the pans that they have in the room, and second, I hate the smell of fish bought unfrozen at the market, so when its not freshly caught cleaned then cooked buy me, I use frozen, never had anyone complain yet, but i'm no pro chef! thanks, John

  • and also, when I'm at home and have all my pots and pans, I like to use my cast iron seasoned skillet

  • hi, this is hasiem here, I dont buy spices already mixed, I mix them myself, I use all my favorites, it really doesnt matter what you use, just mix one spoon each of all your favorite spices, it depends on what your taste are, I like spicey food, so I use red pepper, garlic, black pepper, onion pepper, thyme, oregeno, salt, basil, and chives, glad you all enjoyed it, and yes, I am from the south, Biloxi Mississippi, and thank you on the wishes for our wedding!
