Hello everyone, this is the 1979 Kenmore 80 series washer made by Whirlpool. In this video, I'm washing a full load of towels with 2 wash cloths and a plaid shirt, enjoy!

  • Now if we could just get you to use Tide instead of Purex.

  • @Bnizzofashizzo I like to use low suds detergents in this washer because it don't cause the machine to suds lock when spinning.

  • @NVHSChadSheppard1 The speed wasn't made faster, the agitation strokes were just made shorter.

  • @NVHSChadSheppard1 I like that the speed is fast enough for adequete roll-over but not so fast that it shreds the clothes.

  • @Bnizzofashizzo Oh yeah, the clothes came out clean. The dual action agitator is the best for a full load of clothes
