i think it was in 2006, but i spent the night at my grandparents house around may. i woke up at about
4:00 in the morning to use the bathroom and i remember, all i could hear was heavy rain and hearing th wind from outside. i started freaking out and woke up my brother. he got mad, but i'm glad i woke him. we didn't have power until 9 in the morning. when my parents came to pick us up, i figured out a tornado hit about 1/2 mile down the road. it was scary.
