Truthfully, I feel bad for the fellow who felt the need to pretend this was his performance. I mean, what possible benefit is there to such a charade? You're only an Internet moniker, Horowitz123, so what are you getting out of it? I do congratulate you on your good taste however. If you're going to steal a performance, you might as well pick a really good one...

@teh1337meister Because it is, this is fake.

liszt85 and larchmontmark are correct.

OK FOLKS, HERE YOU GO. :-)
This performance is IDENTICAL (when I say identical, I mean identical) to this one by the concert pianist named Andrei Ivanovich. (Take out the 2 spaces near the beginning of the web address.)

OK, vhorowitz, we're calling BS. What's the story? :-)
-
@BasileusR -- It's under "Artist," to the right of the description.
But the really weird thing is, I assume that whatever it says next to "Artist" was put there by whoever posted the video! (Right??) So, that would mean that this guy, who supposedly is trying to fool us, put the pianist's actual name there!
I don't get it. :-)
Anyway, I can't believe that so many people did these comments without ever suspecting that a person who wrote such a description would hardly ever really play like this.
-
@larchmontmark I only see Chopin on the description, I can't see the Andrei Ivanovich you mentioned
-
BTW, the reason I suspected something was because of HOW GOOD this performance is -- way, way better than we'd usually expected to find from someone who says something like "This piece took me 5 months to learn in order to get it perfect" -- not that there's anything wrong with the 5 months, just that someone this good wouldn't usually consider it any issue how long it took, plus they wouldn't say something like "get it perfect."
omg,thats perfect...love ya for posting!!

You play this beautifully, I love the way you play the grace notes and the ending is beautful, good job. It sounds like a concert-pianist is playing, so you should be very proud of your success in this piece.
