@zensorship -no time machine- though the other Amon Duul had a song about a 'time machine' on Paradieswartsduul- However- next best thing to going back in time is Acid Mothers Temple--- They've released massive amounts of quite diverse things- They pull this kind of music out of the ether --- Often you recognise fragments of early Duuls

@AlexChristianR - Indeed - that´s "Krautrock" which means best of German Rock.
I grew up with it and - so what - I´ll die with it. There was a time, when music was a real good feeling. It was my time. Could anyone understand this? Thanks for reading this and excuse my bad english, I´m a Kraut, somewhat to be proud of.
