If we have the power to create with our minds, to attract into our reality with focus attention, would that not mean that the example of evil that you speak of are merely examples of our power to create with our focused attention. The idea of a new world order is frustrating it make us feel unable to achieve our potential, but perhaps it is just a manifestation of the frustration people already felt about not achieve that potential.
