I like everything about this tank, I want to duplicate this!! I've never had live plants, how do they help to maintain the tank? Or do they require further maintenence themselves?

@lehockj755- you know convicts are egg layers right? they are not live bearer like guppies and platies.. but they do breed very easy.. my convicts breed every 3 months... (usually in the summer time)

That is a lot of convicts, how many are you guessing are in there. When they breed, how many babies come and how often? The reason i am asking is because i want to breed them and you seem to have it going well for you
