The biggest waste of time are women who don't read the guy's profile. If a guy says he is affectionate and you show up and say I'm not affectionate then...you have wasted everyone's time unless you wanted a free drink. Oh yeah, show current pics like a month or two back. My experience is women show up on average so much more heavier in person than they present themselves online.

@7575047 Hi there~I have heard from many guys that the women do not always tell the truth about their weight which is wrong~ One of my male friends got up & walked out when the woman showed up on their date 35 lbs heavier & at least 7 years older. He said it wasn't the first time & he was really pissed off she lied~ I think both sexes have to read the profile carefully and not waste each others time if there is nothing in common. Thx for writing!

Great advice about staying safe.
Don't assume because you are a paying member on a online dating site that all other members are just like you. A nice person.
And for sure be honest on your profile and have fun with it.
