the dicks killed my uncle they claim he was bussin at them but that aint wut happened~~~~~CHICAGO - The family of a man gunned down by police last year has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the Chicago Police Department. The lawsuit filed in Cook County Circuit Court contends that 33-year-old Samuel Holmes was shot in the back several times as he ran from officers. According to the lawsuit, Holmes had fled into an alley when officers approached him after 10:45 p.m. on October 5 and was shot to death. A spokesman for the Chicago Police Department refused to comment on the lawsuit. But after the incident, authorities said shots were exchanged between Holmes and police.

how many murders in oakland were gang related vs the same in chicago?...how many murders havent become cases because the body hasnt been found? were there cases that could have been murders but were closed as self defense or accidents? just because the per capita murder rate is higher doesnt mean its all gang-related. how many of these murders were commited by illegal immigrants?
