This was about 5 years ago www.chicagoparkour.net This is the beginning of Aero or at least the first year of us. Now we have grown into a very large community consisting of traceurs all over the Chicago land area.

hahaha I find it funny that your trying to explain to me the differences. Take a look at the date of the video before commenting with that statement. Parkour in the US just began during this period. There was no difference between freerunning and parkour then. It is just like ITSxAxTrap said. There was no difference then. maybe you should research. david belle and sebastian both agree that parkour and freerunning is different. freerunning is more flare bassed and isnt as smooth or fast as parkour. parkour is very fluid and effecient.

yeah... this video is 5 years old, when we first started. right when UF started, there was no direction really in the US so we did whatever. anyways we've progressed a ton since then, yeah we do some flips but we also do parkour
