@1Beauty1 Not true, some bending will occur at the waist. To do them with a completely flat back would mean you are an ELITE level athlete. You will pretty much always see some sort of bending occur.

I am confused as to why you posted that for me? My comment was that you shouldn't complain about someones form if you can't do it right yourself. That is not a video of you doing it but a guy at Defranco's gym. I know it's possible to do it without your arms as I have a video of me doing it, look in end of cycle prs video.

@cent0r there are 3 phases of the workout. He's obviously still on the negative phase. After that he'll try static holds, and then finally the positive phase. Working from the strongest to the weakest.
