@RogueCommandoXD its perfectly normal to see speeds of 2 mbps down on OOL.their network is heavily overloaded.

wtf how did urs get that high...mines dl speed only 4 mbps n upload is 2 mbps...im pretty sure everyone in my neighborhood (like 3-4 blocks) has optimum, is that y??

OOL is up to 15mbps, depending on what area you live and how many people are online the internet speeds will vary and fluctuate. If you go online at 2am and run a speed test, then maybe you will get this much!

2 megs is really slow, you should call tech support or chat with them online. OOL has caps that can result in very low speeds. However if that's what you're getting then I suggest you call tech support.
